The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is touching millions of lives…one heart at a time. Since 1954, FCA has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. At Newberry we also strive to reach students (who do or do not play sports), faculty, staff, and professors! FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes, teachers, and students to unite, inspire and change the world through the gospel.

Morgan's Message is a nationally recognized non-profit organization brining awareness to the importance of mental health in athletes. Mental Health in student-athletes is severely over looked and Morgan's Message is here to stop the stigma. Human>Athlete

A majority of Newberry College's student body are student-athletes. 30% of student-athletes struggle with mental health. Morgan's Message is to remind all student-athletes that they are supported and that they are not alone. Morgan's Message provides ample resources and benefits to everyone. Having Morgan's Message on campus will provide awareness to break the stigma around mental health, support those who need help and so much more.

The Newberry International Community (NIC) benefits the Newberry College student body by promoting cultural exchange, fostering inclusivity, and creating a supportive environment for international and domestic students alike. NIC provides opportunities for students to learn about different cultures, traditions, and global perspectives through events, discussions, and activities. By helping international students adjust to campus life, NIC also strengthens the overall sense of community and belonging at Newberry College. Additionally, the organization encourages networking, language exchange, and cross-cultural friendships, preparing students to engage in an increasingly globalized world while enhancing campus diversity and student engagement.
